Tamme created ETB in 1989 to serve the billing and collection needs of one medium sized suburban EMS provider. She has a total of 27 years in the medical billing field. SHe has 7 years prior experience in both hospital and clinic billing and collection procedures. Tamme has attended and obtained numerous educational courses and seminars related to the ambulance and medical billing field. As the company CEO, she ensures the day to day administrative operations of the business and provides overall oversight and principal liaison services to all ETB client services.

Has been with ETB since 1992 and serves as the program supervisor for all billing and collection services. Responsible for the training and supervision of all billing and collection staff. Performs duties as a Billing and Collection Specialist. Deb has a total of 25 years in the administrative office setting.
Bonnie Wise
Billing, Coding, Collection Specialist
Has been with ETB since 2002. Attended college for Hospital Billing Office Representative obtaining 85 credits and received certificate of course completion in Medical Terminology, ICD-9 and CPT Coding. Primary responsibility is for billing and collection duties.
Denise Bell
Project Coordinator, Billing, Collection Specialist
Has been with ETB from 1991 to 1997 and 2006 to present. Denise has been an independent business owner with experience in a customer orientated environment. Denise has taken on special projects for ETB as requested as she is recognized as a results-orientated and solution-focused individual. Other responsibilities include billing and collections duties.
Kim Dralle

Has been with ETB since 2002. Earned an Advance Business Diploma in accounting in 1986, from the Business Institution of Technology in Cedar Falls, IA. Primary responsibility is for billing and collection duties.
